Our commitment

Modern society is facing difficult challenges. Social problems are being exacerbated due to the economic situation. At the same time, the duty persists of maintaining the environment for future generations.

For this reason, we at MEVACO see it as our duty to actively assume responsibility in these areas. A sustainable, environmentally friendly operating principle is a particular concern of ours. In order to ensure this, we are constantly checking and improving our procedures and technologies. The same applies with regard to the social commitment of MEVACO, where for example we support projects, which give young people a helping hand with regard to starting their careers.

Current projects

MEVACO has donated €5,000 to NABU e.V. (Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union) and is thus helping NABU to preserve the last areas of the Ethiopian rainforest.

MEVACO supports the “Brückenhaus” project. We don’t just provide financial support; rather also offer young people the opportunity to obtain professional qualifications via placements.

Working in an environmentally friendly manner is important to us. For this reason, we work with heat recovery systems and are thus able to achieve substantial heating cost savings of between 50 and 70%.
